If a product you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via email. Your order total and shipping confirmation will reflect these changes. SPECIALS Items in our specials sections are priced in connection with a promotional event, that means the item is being offered at a reduced price for the event and will return to the regular price when the event has ended. BACKORDERED ITEMS Are items that have been ordered from our Manufacturers but not yet received. These Items will be available in 2-3 weeks or sooner. Customers can pre-order backordered items but they will not be shipped until an anticipated ship date which will be communicated to you upon confirmation of your order. BY ORDER CATEGORY All items in this category will be ordered specifically for you. We will confirm availability after we have received your order. Items ordered from this category CANNOT be canceled and there are no returns or exchanges on special order items. Orders over $1,000TT from this category requires a 50% deposit. Orders arrive within 2 - 3 weeks after we have confirmed your order. CLEARANCE ITEMS Are Items that prices have been reduced for final sale. Clearance Items are sold in AS IS condition and is not eligible for return or exchange. PAYMENT OPTIONS COD (cash on delivery) with this option you will be contacted to confirm your availablity to accept delivery. This option is available to Trinidad customers ONLY. Please note that customers choosing the COD payment option MUST be able to accept delivery within the delivery schedule or unless other wise indicated as with backordered items or your order will be canceled. We accept Credit Cards for payment via google checkout. Please note that prices are posted in TT dollars, However, you will be billed in US dollars and the policy of your bank or credit card provider will determine the conversion amount based on applicable exchange rates at the time of billing.
