Exchange & Return Policy

OUR POLICY:

Exchanges and returns can be completed if the item is UNWORN, UNALTERED, and UNWASHED with ALL tags attached.  Shoes must be returned with no signs of wear.  Clearance priced items are processed as final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned.  If these items are returned, they will be sent back to the customer.  . 

We strongly advise that the customer fully inspect their order before removing any tags.  To ensure the quality of our items, ttfashionista.com cannot accept returns of items which do not have all original tags attached.  Customers will not receive credit (either in full refund or in store credit) to their account if items are returned with any original tags missing.  Exchanges may not be accepted if all original tags are not attached.  

If a customer receives an order without a tag, we ask that you please email returns@ttfashionista.com immediately.  This will ensure proper processing of an item if a return is to be made.

If you receive a faulty item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

TIME ALLOWANCES:

Refund requests must be made within 10 days of delivery date.
Exchange requests must be made within 15 days of delivery date.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES:
Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN: 

Email us at  returns@ttfashionista.com to schedule a return.

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE:
- Exchanges can be made for either a different size/color or a different item entirely.
- Please e-mail returns@ttfashionista.com to specify the item you would like in exchange for the item you are returning to us so we can check the availability of your item.

REFUNDS:
Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser’s credit card, excluding shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items).  All returns must be quality-inspected by the returns department.  Refunds are issued within 10 business days of this inspection. All cash refunds will be issued at the time of pick up of the items being returned.

FOOTWEAR:

We recommend trying on shoes on indoors on a carpeted surface. If shoes show any sign of wear we cannot accept their return.

FAULTY GOODS:
Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged.  Please note that items which are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you receive a faulty item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Faulty items can be exchanged for items of the same style and same size, subject to availability.  E-mail returns@ttfashionista.com  to inquire about the availability of the item.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS:

We cannot extend Specials prices to orders placed before the Specials are announced or after the Specials have ended.
